We manufacture spirally crimped fin tubes: a fin strip is wound in a continuous spiral around the base tube under tension, and mechanical crimping creates interlocking ridges between the fin and tube for a secure bond without welding. This design increases heat transfer surface area and creates beneficial turbulence on the airside, giving higher heat transfer than bare tubes. The attachment resists loosening under thermal cycling and vibration. Used in heat exchangers, boilers, condensers, HVAC, and process heating or cooling. Tube OD 15–220 mm, fin height 6.35–38 mm; base tubes in carbon steel, stainless, or copper alloys with fins in aluminum, copper, or steel.
Tube outer diameters from 15 to 220 mm, fin heights from 6.35 to 38 mm, and fin densities of 10-50 fins per inch.
Base tubes in carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy steel, with fin material chosen for the heat-transfer duty — commonly aluminum or steel strip, spirally wound and crimped for a strong mechanical bond.
